Gravcreek, Very simple really. From Eminonu take the Kadikoy ferry and go to Kadikoy (Asian side). A very pleasant ferry ride of about 20 minutes, and you can feed the seagulls with a simit.

Concert and Ciya. I recommend a lunch at Ciya because after the concert it might be too late for dinner. Saturday afternoon, you should take a bus or dolmush (shared yellow van) or a taxi if you want, to the Vakko store at Suadiye on Bagdad Avenue, the main and most attractive avenue on the Asian side. Walk westward on Bagdad avenue till Caddebostan, and you can shop at Pasabahce Glassware store (unique gifts) at Saskinbakkal, and walk all the way to Caddebostan. A 30-40 minute nice walk. From Caddebostan again take a Kadikoy bus, Kadikoy dolmush (shared yellow van) or a taxi back to Altiyol (where bull statue is) and walk 10 minutes following the tram tracks to Sureyya Opera house.
This would be a very nice Saturday afternoon! A lunch at Ciya, a stroll along Bagdad avenue, and a concert at Sureyya Opera House. Good luck, enigma.

And they had standing by a physician to feel his pulse.
To save his life? No; simply that they might rack him once again. This was done, remember, in the name of civilization; in the name of law and order; in the name of mercy; in the name of religion; in the name of Christ.” ―.
